THE OPPORTUNITY
The Outdoor Season Starts With You
Hiring 10+ Beverage Cart & Outdoor Bartenders for the 2026 season — early May through end of September. Rotate across Pool Bar & Grille, beverage cart, and event bartending. Some shifts include pool serving and event service. Reports to the F&B Supervisor.
THE ROLE
What You'll Do
- Bartend at the Pool Bar & Grille — cocktails, beer, wine, fast friendly service.
- Operate the beverage cart on the golf course.
- Bartend at member events — parties, tournaments, outdoor dinners.
- Rotate into pool serving and event service as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels.
- Follow club service standards and responsible alcohol practices.

SKILLS
What We're Looking For
- Must be 21+ to serve alcohol
- Reliable, punctual, flexible seasonal schedule
- Stand 8+ hours, work outdoors in varying weather
- Lift/carry 40+ lbs. regularly
- Fluent English — read, write & speak
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Bartending experience
- Beverage cart or golf course experience
- Event or catering service experience
- TIPS or responsible service certification
- Private club or resort experience
- Cocktail, wine, and beer knowledge
- Valid driver's license (for cart operation)
