Prove Yourself This Season
Hiring 2–3 experienced cooks for the 2026 season. High-volume culinary operations across Pool Bar & Grille and club dining. Complete the full season and earn up to $1,560 end-of-season bonus. A path to year-round employment for the right people.

The Cook We're Looking For
- You stay calm when the board is full and the window is stacked.
- You show up on time, every time — your crew can count on you.
- You take pride in a clean station, sharp knives, and consistent execution.
- You communicate clearly, anticipate needs, and jump in without being asked.
- Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong line skills, knife technique, and real sense of urgency.
- You follow specs and hold portion control under pressure.
SKILLS
What We're Looking For
- Able to stand 8+ hours
- Lift and carry 40+ lbs. regularly
- Fluent English — read, write & speak
- Professional attitude during high-volume service
- Culinary degree
- ServSafe / Food Handlers Certification
- Management experience
- High-volume kitchen experience
- Grill, sauté, or production specialty
