THE OPPORTUNITY

The Face of the Club, Every Day

Hiring cross-trained Outside Services Team Members who rotate across Bag Room, Bag Drop, Pool Check-In, and Operations Support. Year-round, 21–40 hrs/week.

HOW PAY WORKS

Two Shift Types, One Team

Hospitality shifts (Bag Drop, Pool, Bag Room): $18/hr + cash tips. Top performers get more tipped shifts.

Operations shifts (grounds support, maintenance, events): $22/hr. Everyone rotates through both.

THE ROLES

Where You'll Rotate

Bag Room — Range setup, bag stands, tee stocking, cart staging.

Bag Drop — Member arrival, cart flow, drop zone.

Pool Check-In — Pool entry, towel station, clean deck.

Operations Support — Tennis courts, range support, pool restocks, divots, maintenance, event setup. Two ops support team members at all times.

Split shift coverage between 6 AM and 9 PM across all positions.

SKILLS

What We're Looking For

MUST-HAVE
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, professionalism
  • Comfortable with high-end member service
  • Stand/walk for long periods, work outdoors
  • Lift/carry 40+ lbs. regularly
  • Fluent English — read, write & speak
  • Positive attitude, calm under pressure
NICE-TO-HAVE
  • 1+ year hospitality, athletics, or golf ops experience
  • Golf, tennis, or private club background
  • Cart and range operations
  • Event setup/breakdown experience
  • Maintenance or facilities support
  • Pool operations familiarity
