Cook at Every Level of the Operation
Hiring experienced cooks for our year-round culinary team. Work across club dining, Pool Bar & Grille, and event/banquet production. A permanent home for cooks who bring consistency, speed, and high standards to every station.

The Cook We're Looking For
- You stay calm when the board is full and the window is stacked.
- You show up on time, every time — your crew can count on you.
- Clean station, sharp knives, consistent execution.
- Communicate clearly, anticipate needs, jump in without being asked.
- Comfortable moving between main kitchen, Pool Bar & Grille, and events.
- Follow specs, hold portion control, no corners cut when it's busy.
SKILLS
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years professional kitchen experience
- Strong line skills — grill, sauté, fry, or production
- Stand 8+ hours, lift/carry 40+ lbs.
- Fluent English — read, write & speak
- Professional attitude during high-volume service
- Reliable, punctual, flexible year-round schedule
- Culinary degree
- ServSafe / Food Handlers Certification
- Fine dining or private club experience
- Banquet or event production experience
- Specialty station expertise
- Interest in advancement
