THE ROLE
What You'll Own
- Maintain cleanliness across restrooms, locker rooms, fitness center, lobbies, and dining areas.
- Clean floors, walls, ceilings, furniture, and fixtures to club standards.
- Keep work areas safe, organized, and stocked.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and seasonal deep-cleaning.
- Communicate supply needs, maintenance issues, and safety concerns.
SKILLS
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, dependable
- Attention to detail and pride in cleanliness
- Walk/stand up to 8 hours
- Lift 50 lbs., carry 25–40 lbs.
- Physical agility (bend, squat, climb, reach)
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Housekeeping or janitorial experience
- Private club or hotel cleaning experience
- Cleaning chemicals and safety knowledge
- Flexible shift availability
