THE OPPORTUNITY
The Hub of the Member Experience
Falmouth Country Club is looking for a Member Services Manager to oversee billing, accounts receivable, retention, and front-desk operations. The right candidate is equal parts organized and personable.
THE ROLE
What You'll Own
- Manage all accounts receivable and membership dues billing.
- Audit billing records and ensure compliance with club policies.
- Generate financial reports for the General Manager bi-weekly.
- Maintain membership roster and communicate changes to leadership.
- Handle category changes, resignations, leaves, and upgrades.
- Proactively manage member retention and renewal efforts.
- Work front desk hours supporting inquiries and check-ins.
- Collaborate with Front Desk Manager on member engagement.
SKILLS
What We're Looking For
- AR, bookkeeping, or financial admin experience
- Strong customer service and professional presence
- Proficiency in club software and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Private club or hospitality industry experience
- MembersFirst/Jonas software familiarity
- CPA or bookkeeping certification
- Event or membership marketing experience
- Bilingual capability
